After a decade of working for the home entertainment industry I’ve hundreds (and hundreds) of DVD cover designs under my belt ranging from mainstream licensed properties to cult and exclusive releases. Sometimes it’s just a matter of localizing over-seas artwork or sprucing up what’s available. Other-times it’s coming up with something totally new. High levels of conceptual design, typography, branding, photo re-touching & often ridiculous levels of Photoshop surgery skills are applied.
